Called and received a quote from GJP about 1 year in advance of the work taking place! They sanded and re-finished my parquet herringbone flooring in 2 receptions rooms and hallway. 6-9 months after receiving the quote I called back and they helpfully honoured the original quote (which was just about the most reasonable price I could find after receiving 2-3 other quotes).
