Not very happy about his attitude, he changed parts i didn't ask for without warning me. Make sure to remind him to call you and let you know what he is gonna do. I had to pay for the extra work i didn't ask for to get my car. If i had the time to do it, i would bring that to Fair Trade. Asked for a simple service and brake pad change. He changed the 2 discs and the window wipers. (i didnt ask for without warning me, so a bill that should have been around 700, became 1200, almost double....)
We were passing through Wee Waa, when we had some grief with our Ford. Consulted Gary who was informative and helpful. He got us back on the road that morning. Don’t let the grotty and messy workshop undermine your confidence. He knew what needed to be done and his reassurance calmed my concerns. Thank you Gary.
Done a excellent job with the service on my car and he even ordered in new wiper blades for my car. I am recommending Gary. I am staying with gary for anything to do with my car.
