I’ve tried contacting Krystal from the Riverview location several times over the past week and haven't received even a simple acknowledgement of my emails or phone calls. We have been loyal customers of G. James for more than 25 years and previously never had an issue... until recently. I don't know if they are overwhelmed or incompetent, but either way, this has been an absolute disappointment. Have left multiple messages just so I can arrange a quote and a job. So many excuses and never a call back from the estimator. For such a big reputable company, more focus on customer service. My time is also valuable!
Great service and advice.
Really friendly and helpful, even when we enquired about something that wasn’t their stocked product. They got back to us straight away. We will definitely use this team for any of our aluminium windows in the future. You don’t get great service like this much these days.
