Leanne from G.james is always so very helpful and caters to our many different requests. I would recommend G.James to anyone.
Have just left G.James Windows & Doors. We were served by Leanne and Chelsea. I think every employer should come and see how these two work with their customers. The service was fantastic and very helpful. I would recommend this place to come for all your windows and dorr need. The girls definitely know their windows and doors. Plus they have such a fabulous personalities. Well done and thank you. I will be back if need be.
G James W&D and their representative Dale Bradford have provided cost effective, efficient and timely service for my renovation project. I am renovating in Maroochydore while living in Sydney. I have had to rely on Dale and his team to meet my building schedules and they have been excellent. No delays, no cost blowout, no issues, they have delivered and installed exactly what they promised.
Don’t waste your time. Horrendous communication. Couldn’t even get hold of the sales MANAGER dealing with our sale! Didn’t get given options for our front door and would have loved to have a chat to someone to make sure we were ordering the right door. Now we have a pivot door that does hold open. Also got told we couldn’t have a glass hinge door when we definitely could have. Had our handles dropped off to them and were meant to be installed on the door when delivered- got delivered without the handles and had to go pick it... read more
My recent purchase of 2 windows and screens couldn't be any Better. The product knowledge and service by Leanne at the front deck was outstanding. Going above standard these days, following up on changes to our original specs. I felt she generally cared that we got the right product. Workman ship of the windows where also excellent! I will be recommending gjames to any one who needs Windows on the sunshine coast! Regards Paul G
