In our experience of buying and selling to and from G James they have been great to deal with on all accounts. In fact we have found that they go over and above. We have had their window in our home and totally loved the the quality of them. Their product domestic and commercial is very good and we totally recommend them. Thank you
A litany of issues with Gjames who we used for 10 windows and 3 doors. Constant delays on orders. Issues with specs that needed to be fixed, scratched windows that they used nail polish to fix. And the crowning failure, a very heavy gas strut window that does not self open until past 45 degrees despite their marketing videos representing a "light push" being all is needed to open.
Leanne from G.james is always so very helpful and caters to our many different requests. I would recommend G.James to anyone.
Have just left G.James Windows & Doors. We were served by Leanne and Chelsea. I think every employer should come and see how these two work with their customers. The service was fantastic and very helpful. I would recommend this place to come for all your windows and dorr need. The girls definitely know their windows and doors. Plus they have such a fabulous personalities. Well done and thank you. I will be back if need be.
