Great product, but horrible customer service experience. I have never given a bad review so this is really difficult to do. We used G.James to replace all the doors and windows in our renovation a few years ago. The quality of their products is amazing — we absolutely love our new windows and doors. But it took us 7 months to be able to order them because of horrible project management and total lack of communication. Excellent and patience service from Jess Batsch when we wanted to enclosed our balcony with windows. The approval process was over a year but now the windows are installed they look fabulous. I would highly recommend G James and especially Jess for looking after us (and bearing with us) throughout the process. Thank You.
