Very disappointed with customer service from this business. Firstly was not even welcomed by a sour girl at front desk who look like she was hating life could not assist me with anything. The minute I walked through the doors I could feel tension in the room and was met with hostility. I will never recommend this business and will not return for anything to do with my home renovation.

Great product, but horrible customer service experience. I have never given a bad review so this is really difficult to do. We used G.James to replace all the doors and windows in our renovation a few years ago. The quality of their products is amazing — we absolutely love our new windows and doors. But it took us 7 months to be able to order them because of horrible project management and total lack of communication.
