I had attempted to source some parts from another major supplier in Rockhampton. They gave me the run around and didn’t get back to me. Tried G James. The difference in the customer service was incredible. Lee sourced the parts I was after, with some help from other staff, from a couple of dodgy photos. When the parts arrived Lee and three other staff members provided me with advice and instructions on installation tips which made my job so much easier. After initial communication problems were worked through, Scott has attended and our issue has been addressed. In the end, G James went above what was required and we would happily engage again on future projects. Thank you for quality after sales service.

Brilliant service. Andrew was polite, friendly and professional. A very welcome change as it is often difficult getting tradespeople to an out of town location.
