I had to replace a 15 year old door lock mechanism. Everyone was super helpful and took a lot of time to find the right part. Fantastic it was still available! Great assistance for what was a pretty small and time consuming sale 😊
Thank you to this company for your ongoing care. Today i had a window lock replaced without any problem sooo good after almost 6 yrs they still are there for you which is very rare today. The quality of their windows & sliding doors are 1st class so solid & easy slide. So again thank you all for your prompt reply
Craig was a gentleman and went above and beyond fixing up an installation issue (that was no fault of G James). Will definitely work with these guys again.
G James were fantastic to deal with. Communication was exceptional the entire time and they delivered on time despite being under the pump due to current transport constraints due to Covid and issues beyond their control. We Could not be happier with the service and our new doors look great too. The quality is amazing and there’s no way our dogs will damage the Crim-safe screens.
