I’m very disappointed with my experience with G.James Windows Gladstone. I requested a quote through the Crimsafe website over a month ago and was contacted by someone from G.James shortly after, so it seems the two are linked. We arranged for someone to come to our property on 07/11 to measure our windows and doors. I was told I would receive a quote for both standard security windows and Crimsafe options. Extremely poor service, never answers phones and never calls back, they snapped the window I ordered in half while loading it and told me it will be easy for ME to repair! Overpriced, product was pretty average for a $2500 window, cheap external handle fitted, missed the deadline by weeks! Will go elsewhere next time.
