Words can not describe how poor the customer service is at the Capalaba branch. Tried calling through periodically throughout the latter part of the day and they just ignore every single phone call. (holding out until knock off when they can run away home) If you can take your business elsewhere, do it. They couldn't care less about you, and they make it really clear.
