Called beginning of August. Told him where I lived and where the service would be done and that he couldn’t get out here until September, discussed pricing options and was even given a quote . Call him on September 6th and now he doesn’t do work this far and won’t be able to get out here anytime soon let alone this month. Just be up front if you can’t and/or don’t want to take the job. Instead I wasted a month of time waiting.
Glen was very accommodating and spent 30 minutes on the phone with me, even though he knew he could not repair my RV that day. He made a plan to meet us. He wanted to troubleshoot our AC before ordering any parts. He was able to put a capacitor on the unit and fixed our problems. He was an absolute professional who is honest and very experienced in RV repairs. If you need an RV repaired, Glenn is the guy to call. If I could have given him 10 stars, I would have. They couldn’t fix a simple hot water tank. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone…should’ve been a walk in the park for an rv repair shop…what a joke
