My family and I are very thankful for Fern Family Roofing. Both my mother and I got new roofs with them, as well as two other people on my mother's street. Josh is a pleasure to work with and his team does efficient, quality work. Very responsive. Josh fixed something on my mother's home that wasn't even related to the roof. Prices are very reasonable. They clean up well after the project. Definitely recommend!

Let me start by saying what we need done with our roof was no easy task. Josh and his crew were very proficient in redoing our roof and siding. The first thing I liked about Josh when he came out to assess the roof was that he actually went up there, whereas I can’t tell you how many contractors before have just looked at our roof from the ground and tried to act like they knew what they were gonna do. Josh provides a lot of options as to what we can do. He and his crew did a wonderful job.

Josh the owner came out to take a look at a potential roof leak I had. He was very friendly and professional. He gave me good insight on what was going on. If another problem arises I’ll be sure to reach out to him again.

I was shocked by how unorganized this roofing contractor was. The workers didn’t seem trained or experienced. They charged extra for materials that were already included in the estimate. The final result looks terrible and not worth the money spent.

Extremely poor communication from the start. They showed up late, did not follow the contract, and kept changing the timeline. The roof looks unfinished and low-quality. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
