Jonathan managed a 40 unit building for me. I would NOT recommend their business. We had snow plow contract for $3k a year, he terminated it and said he will do it for $4k. We had a landscaper contract to cut the grass for $300/cut and he terminated that deal and does it himself and charges us $460/month. He will replace a door and charge you 20 hours manual labour because our bills come in so large that we probablywon'tnotice. Would not recommend. Landlord uses underhanded tactics to get what he wants from you, and dosen't keep good care of the property. Also has a bunch of his own personal items packed into one of the downstairs closets, and in the shed taking away from potential storage tenants could use. And was constantly harassing and threatening my upstairs neighbor while I was living there. The place is clean and a great place to stay. A home away from home as they say. It's easy to talk to the owners too. They are the best landlords for me.

We've been renting from them for the last 3 years and have been more than happy with their service. Hands down best landlords we've ever had. Always quick to respond when needed and very fair. Hope to stay with them for years to come.
