Gerald’s service was fantastic and he’s a nice guy, too. Coachnet, our motorhome emergency road service provider, dispatched GJ Mobile Tire Service to help us with a flat tire. He called to advise us of his ETA (he made it to us in about a half hour). He had the problem diagnosed and fixed (defective valve stem extension) within 20 minutes. He was helpful, kept me informed, and had all of the equipment on his truck to unmount and remount the inner tire on our dual axle (very heavy) motorhome. Our company had a delivery driver stranded with a flat tire. We felt fortunate because the tire only needed a patch. GJ asked my driver to drive on the rim to get to a better location for him to work. A local stopped and helped get some air in the tire to avoid damage while driving to the requested location. GJ mobile got there and got the tire patched in minutes for a mere $325 dollars. I am local to this area and there are some great tow and tire people. We have 40 vehicles on the road in the Knoxville area daily. We interact with towing and tire companies daily and have great partnerships. Tonight was the worst experience we have had and felt taken advantage of. $325 to patch a tire. Yes we should have asked when I talked to the company. Do not recommend.
