Multiple problems that we had to fix ourselves. Possibly adequate OK for smaller, spec homes. For higher end custom homes find someone who has better customer service and experience with this tier. Feel free to find me on FB for honest reference.
We are having a horrible experience since the last money draw was given..needed to hire an attorney. Pictures just a few examples. Text shown was received 15 min prior to handover. Tim stated that I couldn’t bring my real estate agents that referred me to them (husband absent in military). They told agent on-site, during handover that we were going to incur an extra cost b/c they were present with me. GJ Gardner Homes in Tampa built our dream home for my husband and me. They were so professional throughout the planning to the end. Especially through these crazy times in the world.
