Just finished an ADU project with Kyle at Southshore Homes. I have already signed on to doing two more with him which speaks to how great I thought the process was. Underpromised and overdelivered for sure. The quality of the build surpassed my expectations in all honesty. Great responsiveness, timeliness, and integrity.

Kyle and the entire team helped make our dream come true !! Converting a garage into a beautiful living space and then adding a bathroom, laundry room, and walk in closet. We now have our “Wee Cozy Cottage” to enjoy our retirement years near our family and grandchildren. Thank you Kyle, Southshore, and your team. I could not be happier with Southshore Homes! They helped take our vision for the house and made it exactly what we wanted. Throughout the process they always made sure we knew what was going on and worked with any and all request we had.
