We chose the montville 462 design for our home build. We are exceptionally happy with the house 2 years on. Les was our sales rep and was fantastic and he designed the house to suit our needs with a few variations. Similar to Karen’s review, we had a few issues during the build with the plumber, who they no longer use. Noting everything was rectified to our satisfaction.
