Easy to deal with, on time, polite and efficient
We were told that our ducted heating needed replacing by another company who had just serviced it. This made us question whether to replace the entire unit to convert to electric cooling and heating (which would have cost a bomb) or to just add a small split system in a back bedroom that our current split system could never reach (the previous guy told us that no unit would fit in the spot we wanted it in).
