My friend had her car in to get her motor replaced. Her car sat there for 4 weeks untouched. Then it took another 2 weeks for them to swap out the motors. The filth they left inside the car was ridiculous. The pillars had greasy hand marks from the mechanics. The roof lining had come loose while the car sat there too. Then 9 days after she collected her car it refused to start. So she had the RAA out to get it started. Not happy at all . We were told to get our car there on Dec 18th because they were too busy at the time, ok fair enough. It went downhill from there. Constant promises of next week ,time after time. It took almost 8 weeks to get our car back . Okay they had a few problems ,like the useless mechanic that was never there!! Finally got it back to be told the air con needed to be regassed! elsewhere as they don't do that ,now I found out it needs a new compressor in the air con , very strange considering the air-conditioning wor... read more
