I've got to say, most of these reviews are pretty accurate. I bought a high end Givi top box from these guys, and paid a lot of money for it, and the Givi mounting plate. I stopped by their "store" today to buy a spare key. I have the original, but lost the spare. They wouldn't answer the front door even though it was during normal business hours, and when I talked with them on the phone, they said they couldn't get me a spare key, even though I was holding the original in my hand. I bought your signature arcs. I bought your signature monekey panniers. I bought adapters for archwires. and your saddlebags don't fit your friend. You ruined my whole vacation. I can't go on a trip because you are cheating in advertising. Say your products are perfect for each other. on the arcs, one fastening on the saddlebags 2.

My husband went by this place, to check on getting some boxes for his 650 2020 Suzuki Vstrom. There were employees coming in to get ready to open. So when they opened my husband gave them about 10 minutes to be completely ready so he walks up to door and sees that you have to have appointment to go in. So he went back to his truck and got his cell phone and called in to business and ask if you have to have appointment to come in and look at some boxes and there reply was we aren’t open no one can come in and look on the sale... read more
