I just got mine done and LuLu was SO kind and a joy to talk to while she did my nails. Excellent service and they even brought me some tea. Oh and the nails were fantastic, just want I wanted! Lulu is so talented and will take the time to make sure the nails are PERFECT I ask for her all the time now. NAILàCARTE is also an honest business they accidentally overcharged me and I didn’t notice, but they called me right away and fixed the error, offering store credit or a refund.
Once again Hannah did an AMAZING job!! From the shape to the design, Hannah has killed it with this set. If you are looking for a new favorite nail spot in Chicago, NailLaCARTE is the place to call home!
This was my first time visiting and Anna and my whole experience was wonderful. My appointment ran smoothly on time, and Anna checked in with me throughout to make sure I was happy with the length, shape, color for my nails. I got a no-chip manicure with a gel overlay to help reinforce/strengthen my thin nails. Anna was professional, thorough, and I enjoyed speaking with her. I’ve been here twice so far and both times Dora did my nails. I got builder gel with extensions then a fill for my second visit. Both times my nails turned out so pretty. I love how thin she kept my nails despite using builder gel, I work at a different spa and even our nail tech thought my nails were done so well. I also like to text the phone number to inquire about specific designs and they respond very quickly. My next appointment is already booked next month for my birthday nails and I can’t wait!
