Walked in here adhoc- no appointment. SO rude. Clearly I am not the only one who felt the same. WORST customer service ever. I was told they were TOO BUSY and FULLY BOOKED. They were not - the place was empty!! No one other than the staff!! If after barely being in business for a bit, this is how they treat their potential clients, then there is zero hope for this place to do a decent job with your hair.
Such a nice place
Absolutely a hidden gem. Professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the details. I’ve tried a lot of places over the years, and this is still the one I keep coming back to Wishing this place gets bigger and gets what it deserves but not so popular that I can’t book an appointment anymore😅
