The closing of our house purchase was not handled properly, paperwork was mismanaged and not filed in a timely manner causing an issue with our home warranty. He did make some effort to rectify, and even offered to do a will for my husband and I for free, due to the mismanagement. However, after the extra hassle and many trips taken to his office we felt better not trusting any further matters to his office.
