This morning I broke down right across from Givens after running out of diesel and managed to steer my truck—with no power steering—into their driveway. I felt extremely lucky to have had car trouble right in front of a mechanic. But my hopes were immediately shattered because their mechanic had been at the mailbox, saw me stall out and struggle to guide my truck into their driveway, then walked right past me, and went inside. Excellent service. Good job.
Our alternator went out over the weekend on our way home from work. We called Givens and they told us to bring it up there and they would try to squeeze it in on Monday, but if they weren't able to get to it to it before the end of the day Monday, they would get to it by the end of the day Tuesday. We dropped the vehicle off at 8:00 Monday morning and they were able to squeeze us in and have us back on the road by 1:30 pm Monday afternoon!
