Its the second time I came here for a pickup, the first time I had to wait 5 hours before getting a door and another 2 before I could hit the road. Today, its already been 6 hours I've been sitting in their parking, and still no sign of a call for a door. I visited the shipping 4 times and they always tell me to wait for another hour or two before I get a door!! My dispatch been sending emails upon emails, but they don't reply or they have a standard reply, and you still end up waiting. No respect for driver's time at all wh... read more
Their shipping department people and other employees are awesome they treat everyone nicely and they even warm up your food if you ask.
