I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but these guys really pissed me off. Lazy staff—I had to investigate a bill that was charged to my account three times. I was on the phone with my bank, which confirmed the issue, but they kept insisting I was wrong. They were rude over the phone, didn’t listen to me, and couldn’t even be bothered to check with their accountant. I had to drive 30 miles just to get them to finally check, and guess what?
