Incredible pizza- easily the best in the neighborhood. Regarded as a “dupe” of another legendary Brooklyn establishment, but without the lines… and I would say that’s accurate. Amazing staff who were attentive, accommodating, and quick. Super romantic setting with dim lights, candles, and an old timey feel that makes you feel like you are in a different decade. Cannot recommend enough!
Giuseppina’s is probably the most underrated pizza place in New York. Generally, it’s my favorite. Everything they have is absolutely delicious. Every bite is amazing. The vibe there is warm and homey. Great music, traditional pop. It’s family owned, by the brother of Lucali (I think they have the same recipe). The Nutella calzone is a must— it’s the perfect combination of sweet and salty with Ricotta on the inside. Incredible!
