Sat on patio and had to look at garbage in the wood.
This place used to be one of my favorites, but not anymore. I’ve run into multiple situations where I’ve called 45 minutes before closing and been told they’re “delivery only,” which doesn’t make sense—especially when I live just minutes away and could easily pick up. As someone who spends $40–$50 per order, twice a week, this is frustrating and disappointing. Consistency matters, and turning away reliable customers before closing time isn’t good business. Unfortunately, they’ve lost a loyal customer.
I have given this restaurant so many chances! Burnt pizza crust, burnt sub bread, wrong orders given when picked up!!’Today I was given the wrong order again! No apology, no refund and I had to go all the way back to get my order! They were not busy at all! Very rude man who offered no apology so I won’t be back!!!!
