Our restaurant was established in 1979, primarily catering to college students from Frostburg State campus. Since then Giuseppe's hastransformed into a full service dinner restaurant which is proud to serve our loyal local customer base, the college community, travelers to this part of our great state, as well as business functions.

Food is fantastic. The owner can be a little rude at times and I've seen him smoking in the dining room after one half is empty, which seemed gross to me. I prefer Ottoviani, but this is closer to home.
Terrible My wife and I waited an hour for our food and were finally told that there was a large party upstairs. When the food came 15 minutes later, the crab dip was barely warm and the calimari had both raw batter and overcooked pieces on the same plate. My wife's beef tips were more like a stew. If the food would have been good, it would have been worth the wait, but it wasn't. For the manager to tell a party of two that they have had to wait for a larger party is unacceptable. restaurant A fine Italian restaurant. We have stopped here many times on our way to WV. They have a great menu and cozy atmosphere. Service is prompt and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.
one of the best This is by far one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to. Every meal is superb,also has a nice atmosphere and very attentive staff. The only set back is inconvenient parking.
