Giuseppe was referred to me over by another realtor due to his expertise and 20+ years of experience in the industry. Giuseppe also has a background in construction which makes him especially helpful when viewing properties and pointing out things that you may need to be concerned about or address prior or after moving in (all in which he is able to assist with personally himself!) I cannot have been happier receiving this referral as I was looking into purchasing a condo in which his extensive background in home owners asso... read more
We recently had the pleasure of working with Giuseppe Hernandez on the sale of a property. We found him to be very professional, extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, and helpful always going beyond what was expected. From start to finish, he made us feel comfortable. We highly recommend him!
HIGHLY Recommend!! Giuseppe is an amazing "partner" to help with any needs you have with regards to home buying/Selling or simply a chat to find what you need. Due to his vast knowledge, he will put you at EASE and you will feel like part of his family. We have worked with Joe for almost 20 years, purchased three homes together and sold two and we couldn't have asked for a better "partner", we call him a Friend. We have seen him help so many of our close friends over the years reach their dream home, so we know he will do th... read more

He sold our house quickly with a minimum of disruption for us and successfully coordinated back to back closings to ease the financial stresses of these transactions. Giuseppe took the time and had the personal insight to get to... read more

Giuseppe was everything we could have asked for and more. He kept everyone in the loop throughout the entire process. He scheduled and met with multiple contractors for estimates and during the jobs! He would approve of the work before we submitted payment and he would tell us if it was or wasn’t good! If it wasn’t, he had the resources to resolve it qu... read more
