With Dr. G. Bianchi’s kind nature and understanding, I have been a devoted patient for over 20+ healthy years.
Dr. Bianchi is an excellent doctor who I highly recommend. I have been a patient of his for close to 30 years.
My experience with Dr Bianchi has been fair but as a fellow northwell health physician I am appalled to the treatment and workflow of the staff. They are rude and unable to complete basic tasks like prior authorizations and refuse physician call backs when necessary. They have also supposedly discontinued telehealth survey and blame this as an overall Northwell Policy. As an employed physician in Northwell I can say pretty confidently that this is a lie.
