Due to COVID-19, a family member had to cancel their wedding completely after rescheduling it once already. We asked Guliano's for their assistance in refunding any money that was already paid and they denied our request for any refunds. We would have been willing to negotiate a $150 offer (out of the $2,000 deposit we already paid them) for their time and assistance, but they stopped responding to any of our communications via email.
