I went to this office because Dr. Giuliano is covered by my insurance. I was offered an appt. with Dr. Tauk and told he was covered also and there was no difference. I wanted this done quickly so I agreed. Now I’m being billed because Dr. Tauk is a “premier” dentist and not covered without a refferal. So I was completely misled and stuck with a bill for no reason. They called it “miscommunication” but I was very clear why I was going to this practice for this procedure only. I wouldn’t trust them with my pets teeth.

Today was my first time going to the dentist in NINE years! I was a bucket of anxiety walking through the door. I let Jen (my hygienist) know all of my fears, nervousness and anxiety and she made me feel SO much better. She listened and was super empathetic of my past dental experiences. Dr. G made me feel right at home at his practice and was confident that we would get me back on track. I didn’t feel shamed or embarrassed even for a second.
