On the hottest day of the year, my ac malfunctioned. Giuliani was extremely responsive and Vinny had the system running again within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend.

My air conditioner stopped running the night before national holiday that was also the hottest day in years (of course)! I texted that night, heard back right away (amazing!) and Jack came first thing in the morning on the holiday(!) and not only fixed the issue so I have working a/c again, but also washed my 2 external units! Truly incredible service - highly recommend!!!
