Our house came with a very unique mini split system for air conditioning and extra heat if it’s especially cold. We had a lot of trouble finding someone who had the knowledge to fix our type of brand and model. We thought we would have to give up and replace the entire system with something more widely understood by most other HVAC professionals. Jack is AMAZING! We had a problem with our HVAC system that stopped working and was not operational for almost a month during the recent holiday season. Jack was very responsive, we scheduled an appointment the same day by text message and he accommodated my 9 months old napping schedule! After spending an hour on the property he got us up and running!
