Sharp as a tack & nice as can be.
I very recently had a heart attack, and had an appt to see Dr. Sheftel. The afternoon before the appt., I got a call that she was canceling, with no openings to reschedule!!! Who leaves a patient needing to recover from a heart attack hanging like that?
I have never experienced a provider who I felt was 100% prepped the second I got there, as well as one that actually listened and validated my symptoms. The appointment was quick yet extremely efficient. The nurses were great, receptionist was great, everything was great! I recommend 10/10, if you feel like you've hit a wall with attempting to access cardiological care, your journey will end here.
