The sale process - buying my vehicle - was painless, and the salesman was great. Unfortunately he promised me a part that took over 3 months to get! First it was ordered and I was told a month later it was in. When I went to the Parts department (in person), they told me it was never ordered. I left and emailed the salesman, who swore up and down it was there. So I went back (in person) and the Service counter guy first lied and said it wasn't there, then I held my ground and they went and looked for it and found it ... but ... read more
