After having horrific experience with a TMJ dentist, we got a recommendation to see Dr. Gittelson and what a waste of $4000 that was! He was hellbent on jaw surgery from the start. He did a very thorough consultation with us and at first that impressed us and then he did absolutely nothing to relieve my daughter from her TMJ pain and discomfort. dr.G saved me. I was having alot of jaw, teeth and neck pain for 2 months. I tried pt and it did not help. I thought about removing my wisdom teeth thinking it was causing the pain, but before that i went to Dr.G. If you're lucky for a dentist that is willing to spend essentially whatever time it takes to help you, Dr Gittleson is the one. Possibly one in a million! A brilliant man who is compassionate and kind and will get to the root of any issue that is causing pain. I highly recommend Dr. Glenn Gittleson. He has been the only doctor that has ever been able to help me with my CRPS in my jaw as well as my TMJ. He also helped diagnose the specifics of my TMJ issues, what nerves are specifically involved in my CRPS, etc. He is different from other doctors in that he is truly your advocate and champion from day one.
