Lou is always attentive and answers any questions I have. If he doesn't know an answer someone in the firm does and he gets right back to me. Great firm and even better people there to help.
We worked with Lou Vamvakas. If you want zero communication, turbo-tax type of service for a very very hefty price then you can consider him for your taxes. He barely spoke on the phone, returned emails only after several follow ups over the course of weeks, and most questions were yes/no. It was like pulling teeth! Not sure what's going on?
