I thought my diff lock wasn’t operating when I was stuck.on the Gold Coast, so I called for service which I had to pay as a bond $ 1,000.0 in advance. When a young Indian chap come out and worked out that there is nothing wrong with the truck I was just bogged. Stuck a piece of timber under the wheel I got out and that was $ 1,000.00 for that no change given. Pure rip off , that about $500.00 per hour which including his travel time. Never Western Star again I’ll stick with Kenworth.
