This particular facility on old plank tends to employ either really sweet and helpful individuals or young ladies that are rude and belligerent. It's hit or miss on how customer service will be. The manager was even rude to me when I have asked for assistance before. But overall, its wonderful to have a Sallys close by. Sallys in general rocks :)
