I have to say I had one of the most fun experiences shopping here ever. The owner of the store was super helpful. Her excitement and passion about her collection was infectious. Very high-quality items super friendly everything I tried on made me feel beautiful. I've bought a few dresses from here before. They always have the most lovely outfits on mannequins, it's hard not to stop by and browse
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Cheap and bad quality products. Extremely bad experience. The shop owner tricks people to buy faulty clothes. In my case they sold me a torn shirt and when I went to return it. The lady at the counter kept the shirt and receipt saying will talk to the manager and process the return and give you a call. Never got a call. They kept both the money and the shirt. I really had a bad experienced in this store. I am not sure why they are in downtown Los Altos. I came to downtown Los Altos hoping to get a cute items in one of my fav store name Repeter but I didn't know that they close on Mondays. So I run into this Gitane and saw a sweater that I could possible wear that night for a dinner. I didn't actually check the price and just grabbed my size (XS).
