My first and only appointment I would give her 5 stars. I have since called, left voice messages and my chart messages and requested an appointment. So intotal I have reached out more than 7 times. My machine seems to NOT be set correctly.. But No one will reach out to help me. Not to mention my insurance requires me to have a follow up appointment.
