Love this gym! An extremely welcoming atmosphere and overall a great place to work out! The owner was amazing and helped me throughout my work out!
I was a member of GFG, before COVID closed it. Beau, and the others take care of their members. A small gym. Not like others. You can time it to be quiet, or busy . Great machines, not flashy, or overly gimmicky. Just real people, Puttin' in the work.
I LOVE this gym! The equipment and building is always clean. There is a wide variety of equipment. And the owner is super nice. He will help you figure out the equipment and explain the exercises! The rates are also very reasonable.
