Best gym. In hind-site, I regret switching to Anytime Fitness after only a month here. At Anytime Fitness, the equipment is newer, better shape, has smaller max loads, there are also too many of them. The bad part about Anytime Fitness is their contract system. You get into a 1 year contract with AF and its impossible to get out. They don't honor their own ToS if you do decide to cancel. Love this gym! An extremely welcoming atmosphere and overall a great place to work out! The owner was amazing and helped me throughout my work out!
I was a member of GFG, before COVID closed it. Beau, and the others take care of their members. A small gym. Not like others. You can time it to be quiet, or busy . Great machines, not flashy, or overly gimmicky. Just real people, Puttin' in the work.
