I love Dr.Jiminez, but many of her staff (not all) are very unprofessional and do not treat patients with kindness nor respect. The blonde front desk lady with glasses was very rude when I came to simply pick up papers, I greeted her with a good morning, did not receive that back, she’s sitting there with AirPods on but is telling me with an attitude that I need to speak up because she can’t hear me. I felt Doctor Jimenez was a bit abrupt. She is a passionate doctor, but comes off a bit overbearing. My initial visit. My subsequent visits, she has softened her manner. I'm hoping to get a good rapport going with her. I understand that not every doctor/patient relationship happens immediately, I hope we will eventually Clique. She is a nice woman, just a little rough around the edges. Let's hope she is a diamond in the rough.

Wow!! One on one and listened to everything I had to say. In the last 10 years one of the best experiences with a primary. I'm sold and I recommend Dr. Jimenez 100%. Her staff is so kind! Great place! 1
