Great Dr and very professional She is personal with each an every patient
Dr Jiménez is good but in general the office staff is horrible they never answer the phone it’s frustrating and when you ask to speak to the office manger Laura she is never available apparently she is never there what is the point of an office manger when you don’t monitor what your staff is doing and the amboy office is not better there phone always goes to the answering service I left a message with the ceo Daniel Messina hopefully he will take action and get this problem fix
Good doctor but they never ever answer the phones and when you ask for a prescription to be sent they hang up and forget what they were doing. Shame how people work.
Awful outright awful place !!!!!! My primary doctor had died about a year a half ago and I switched to dr Jimenez. Everytime I call either office victory or Amboy they never answer !! I’ve never met a dr office that don’t answer the phone I’ll call all times of the day and no answer I mean what are the receptionists doing !!!!!! Wish I never switched to this doctor
