My mother booked an appointment for my sisters to get their hair done on a set date. The stylist, Angel, rescheduled last minute for the next day which we agreed to. However, when that day came, Angel rescheduled AGAIN. We agreed again and asked if the time would remain the same to come in. I made my mom an appointment for 4 p.m. on a Wednesday. My mom went and bought the hair recommended by the braider. As scheduled, my mom showed up, and the braider had just started on another customer, and completely ignored my mom’s presence. After my mom finally asked if someone was going to braid her hair, the braider told her she would take her in one hour, to which my mother declined and left.
