My son saw Dr. Tay Yong for severe neck pain, cranial pressure and vision issues, hoping that she would be able to refer him to a specialist that could test and help. She refused to listen. When questions were asked, she stated he was being disrespectful. She is very rude and unprofessional. The staff is also rude. I had a question about paperwork that had been handed in and was told she didn't have time for my question. I would advise, if at all possible, find a different primary doctor.
I had my first appointment yesterday with Dr. Young. It was my first appointment with the Partnership Health Plan. I arrived at 12:45 as directed. I had my paperwork filled out. I had my medication list, and I had my doctor's notes and hospital notes. I thought my visit was to be established with a primary care doctor. “I am writing this review based on our several-year-long experience with Dr. Gisella Tay Yong at the community clinic, where my mother-in-law has been under care for her osteoporosis-rheumatoid condition. This illness has severely affected her health, causing significant bone deformation and a multitude of health issues. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LADY. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE. I HAD MY FIRST APPT. WITH HER THROUGH VACAVILLE CMC TELEHEALTH. NOT ONLY WAS SHE AN HOUR LATE, IM A CANCER PATIENT AND SHE WAS SNIPPY, RUDE, INCONSIDERATE AND RUSHED. 4 MINUTES WAS ALL SHE GAVE. CHECK HER OTHER REVIEWS AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T WORK FOR THE PEOPLE.. SIMPLY COLLECTS A CHECK AND WE ARE ALL A BOTHER TO HER QUITE FRANKLY.
