Waited over an hour, bc one of the front desk associates didn't do what she was suppose to do with my chart. Then I was told that they are very busy on Fridays, whatever!!!! I just heard the entire convo she had with the other associate about my chart. I never got to see any doctor bc of the front desk associates.
