All it said what I called was " What do you want?" Very rude
I called to make an appointment with Dr. Jones today only to discover she is no longer part of this practice. The young lady on the line claimed to have no forwarding information for Dr. Jones or any details as to how her patients could contact her. The practice and the medical group failed to notify myself and I'm sure all of the other patients of Dr. Jones departure. I have been a patient of Dr. Gisele Jones for 3 years due to changing primary care through my job from a previous health care provider that I was very satisfied with. Dr. Jones not only put me at ease about the quality of health care provided by the Cypress Fairbanks Health Group, she provided detailed quality care, timely follow-up counseling in a comfortable health care setting. Dr. Jones was my primary for several years before by insurance changed. As soon as it changed back, did a little research to find her again. Doctors who truly listen to your concerns are rare.
I was referred to this doctor about a year ago. I have been excited to see her but I can't get past the very rude receptionist. Last Friday I walked in to make an appointment, but the receptionist said she was totally booked, although all seats were empty. She proceeded to throw a book of papers at me to fill out for an appointment for next week. Sunday night I became very ill and drove myself to the ER Monday and they saved my life.
