Such a positive experience. Took my dog in for a checkup and the nurse was so so lovely with her. My kids were super nervous about the thought of putting a needle in our poor pup and the nurse was so patient and managed to soothe both my children and dog simultaneously! Thank you Tia for your patience and compassion
We have been taking our dogs here and today we took our 9 week pup in at 9am as she was screaming in pain and unable to walk on her leg. They said we can’t see her now we only have one bed open and have appointments. Hire more staff open more rooms, your in a country town and should be able to be a place where if an emergency occurs during open hours you have capacity to assist. The lady didn’t care about our pup at all maybe change jobs! Abit of compassion doesn’t go a stray for god sake you work with peoples beautiful pets... read more
