Took my G-shock in to get a new strap put on 09/05/24. The strap had broken. They had to send it away to get new pins & different straps put on. Got a text today 15/05/24 saying the watch ⌚️ could be picked up. It cost $50:00 for a new strap. Tonight the watch has fallen off my wrist. I took a look & saw the strap had come loose from the watch, & that a screw was missing (fallen off) I've tried looking for the screw but can't find it. Took my very old watch in for a new battery and the ladies were super helpful, it didn't cost an arm and a leg and so I thought I would take my 20 year old necklace that needed to be fixed and they managed to also fix that both within an hour. Thank you so much x
