From our first phone call with discharged solar batteries to being able to carry on round the East Coast with 2 brand new batteries it was nothing but outstanding. Awesome service and friendly staff, who went out of their way to supply and fit better batteries than we had. What an amazing experience, our experience was superb. Keep up the great service!! Over priced both times I was there. Customer service was crap. 1st time I got charged $400 for them to connect a plug at the back of my gauge which still isn't working right and switch some wires around on a switch for my winch, I questioned the owner he said they spent 2hours looking for an issue with the winch that doesn't even exist. Second time I went back asked them to crimp some terminals onto my speaker wire got charged $140. I pretty much installed everything myself and just needed them to do the finishing touches an... read more

Called in on our way through Gisborne. Battery trouble. We were given top class service from the owner. He dropped everything for us and tested everything out Even came back on Sat morning to complete the job. Thankyou so much Gisborne Aitomotive
